Prepare young people to think, learn and create in a world with AI.

DIALOGIC helps schools use AI without outsourcing the thinking education is meant to develop. Students encounter AI as a partner in curiosity, reasoning, creativity and independent learning.

The educational question

Students already have access to systems that can generate answers, essays and ideas. The educational question is no longer whether they will use AI, but what capacities their use of it develops or erodes.

From generation to development

Move from answer generation to capability development. DIALOGIC is designed so the architecture carries the complexity while the learner experiences questioning, exploration, practice and increasing independence.

Capabilities

  • Independent thinking
  • AI literacy and discernment
  • Creativity and problem solving
  • Metacognition and learning agency

The experience

Age-appropriate guided programmes such as THINK, LEARN and CREATE, supported by ARIS and selected developmental tools. Avoid exposing the whole DIALOGIC ecosystem by default.

Delivery

Facilitated introduction + individual use + classroom integration + educator support. Begin with a controlled cohort. Progression can move from DIALOGIC-delivered to trained school delivery.

Evaluation to agree

Student engagement, learning agency, educator observation, reflective evidence and clearly bounded developmental measures.

Suggested pilot pathway

30–60 students over 6–8 weeks. Suggested starting ranges, not evidence of previous delivery. Cohort → Year Group → School → MAT / Network

Customisation

Schools may begin with DIALOGIC THINK / LEARN / CREATE and later commission a tailored programme aligned to curriculum or pastoral priorities.

Read transcript — Schools introduction

Young people are going to grow up with AI around them. The question for schools isn’t simply whether they should use it. It’s what happens to their capacity to think when they do. A student can now generate an answer in seconds — but that doesn’t mean curiosity, judgement or understanding has developed. DIALOGIC is designed around a different possibility: that AI can be used to strengthen the learner rather than replace the learning. It gives students a place to question, explore, practise, create and gradually become more capable of thinking for themselves — while teachers and safeguarding remain firmly at the centre.

Delivery models

DIALOGIC Delivered

A DIALOGIC facilitator introduces and supports the programme. Best for pilots and early institutional adoption.

Partner Delivered

Institution staff are trained to facilitate an approved DIALOGIC programme with support, resources and quality standards.

DIALOGIC Digital

The institution operates the approved digital programme independently within agreed governance and licensing conditions.

Programmes

DIALOGIC · THINK

Reasoning, questioning, critical thinking and discernment.

DIALOGIC · LEARN

Learning-to-learn, metacognition, subject learning and independence.

DIALOGIC · CREATE

Creativity, ideation, experimentation and problem solving.

DIALOGIC · NAVIGATE

Agency, direction, self-knowledge and decision making where appropriate.

DIALOGIC · PARTICIPATE

Collaboration, relational capacity and conscious participation.

Custom Institutional

Configured around agreed developmental objectives, content, ARIS behaviour, journeys, practices, reporting and governance.

Who DIALOGIC is for, by age

We recommend DIALOGIC for independent users aged 14 and over. Under-14 guided programmes are organised with each placement. Parents or guardians receive programme information and must explicitly opt in before participation. An enquiry does not grant learner access.

Read about safeguarding, data protection and accessibility

Safeguarding, data protection and accessibility

Before any learner starts, the institution and DIALOGIC must agree the programme's supervision, age eligibility, accessibility, data handling, memory, staff visibility and reporting arrangements. Do not assume that a pilot enquiry establishes those arrangements.

Talk to us about a pilot

Tell us a little about your setting and what you're hoping to try. We'll come back to you with a suggested pilot: who it's for, how long it runs, which delivery model fits, and how safeguarding and data protection are handled. You won't have to commit to anything at this stage.

Suggested starting ranges: schools, 30–60 students over 6–8 weeks; colleges, 50–100 learners over 8–12 weeks. These are suggestions, not evidence of past delivery.

Use the interactive form to submit institutional contact details. Do not include learner names or identifiable learner information. Enquiry records and any separate institutional-updates opt-in expire 8 weeks from submission.
