A workspace that develops the people working inside it.

Shared workspaces already provide somewhere to work. DIALOGIC adds a developmental layer: helping members think, learn, create, navigate decisions and bring ideas into the world.

The competitive challenge

Coworking operators compete on location, community, events and amenities. Those are valuable, but increasingly replicable. The deeper opportunity is to become an environment that actively increases member capability and creative participation.

From desk to development

Move from workspace to developmental environment. Digital relationship, human facilitation and physical community reinforce one another so the workspace becomes somewhere people not only work, but grow what they are capable of doing.

Capabilities

  • Creative development
  • Professional learning
  • Decision support
  • Community and collaboration

The experience

Members can enter through THINK, LEARN, CREATE or NAVIGATE. ARIS, Learn, ECI, AoHE and facilitated gatherings can sit underneath according to the workspace offer.

Delivery

DIALOGIC Residency + member access + optional workshops + group experiences + facilitator presence. Expand into a whole-space membership benefit or multi-location partnership.

Evaluation to agree

Engagement, projects initiated, skills/capabilities developed, collaboration, perceived member value, retention intent and qualitative stories of movement.

Suggested pilot pathway

20–50 members over 8–12 week residency. Suggested starting ranges, not evidence of previous delivery. Residency → Whole-space → Network licence

Customisation

A workspace can run DIALOGIC’s creative-development programmes or commission a branded pathway around founders, freelancers, creative practice, community development or member learning.

Read transcript — Shared Workspaces introduction

Most shared workspaces offer people somewhere good to work: a desk, community, events, perhaps a little momentum from being around other people building things. DIALOGIC asks what happens if the environment goes one step further. What if membership also helped people develop the capacities behind the work — to think more clearly, learn something new, develop an idea, make a difficult decision or stay with a creative project long enough to bring it into the world? The workspace becomes more than somewhere people work. It becomes part of the environment in which their capability grows.

Delivery models

DIALOGIC Delivered

A DIALOGIC facilitator introduces and supports the programme. Best for pilots and early institutional adoption.

Partner Delivered

Institution staff are trained to facilitate an approved DIALOGIC programme with support, resources and quality standards.

DIALOGIC Digital

The institution operates the approved digital programme independently within agreed governance and licensing conditions.

Programmes

DIALOGIC · THINK

Reasoning, questioning, critical thinking and discernment.

DIALOGIC · LEARN

Learning-to-learn, metacognition, subject learning and independence.

DIALOGIC · CREATE

Creativity, ideation, experimentation and problem solving.

DIALOGIC · NAVIGATE

Agency, direction, self-knowledge and decision making where appropriate.

DIALOGIC · PARTICIPATE

Collaboration, relational capacity and conscious participation.

Custom Institutional

Configured around agreed developmental objectives, content, ARIS behaviour, journeys, practices, reporting and governance.

Who DIALOGIC is for, by age

We recommend DIALOGIC for independent users aged 14 and over. Under-14 guided programmes are organised with each placement. Parents or guardians receive programme information and must explicitly opt in before participation. An enquiry does not grant learner access.

Read about safeguarding, data protection and accessibility

Safeguarding, data protection and accessibility

Before any learner starts, the institution and DIALOGIC must agree the programme's supervision, age eligibility, accessibility, data handling, memory, staff visibility and reporting arrangements. Do not assume that a pilot enquiry establishes those arrangements.

Talk to us about a pilot

Tell us a little about your setting and what you're hoping to try. We'll come back to you with a suggested pilot: who it's for, how long it runs, which delivery model fits, and how safeguarding and data protection are handled. You won't have to commit to anything at this stage.

Suggested starting ranges: schools, 30–60 students over 6–8 weeks; colleges, 50–100 learners over 8–12 weeks. These are suggestions, not evidence of past delivery.

Use the interactive form to submit institutional contact details. Do not include learner names or identifiable learner information. Enquiry records and any separate institutional-updates opt-in expire 8 weeks from submission.
